~About Me~

I began my journey over 30 years ago.  In 2010, I came to a realization of how tired I was of:

  • My weight going up and down.
  • Food controlling me.
  • Feeling awful after eating unhealthy foods.
  • Not feeling good about how I looked.
  • Trying to fill an emotionally empty place inside of me.
  • Feeling sluggish and out of shape.

I set out to discover a different way to deal with my fluctuating weight issues.  Five year later at the age of 56, I began maintaining a stable weight.  I am in better shape physically, mentally and emotionally than I have ever been.  I began to share with close friends and individuals to develop a mindset consisting of “one change at a time” that would work specifically for them and gradually become a new way to “deal” with struggles – turning them into accomplishment and every day habits.  I Can Do This Lifestyle was developed as an end result.

I want to share this information with you, to give you hope and tools to use so that you can start a new journey to a healthier lifestyle.  This is not a program of “how to” with a regimen to follow – it is an adventure down a path of learning what will work for you!
