Wanda

My friend, Wanda was helping me proofread my manual during the beginning phase of the building process.  I was traveling and did not see Wanda again for a couple of months.  When I returned, Wanda had lost 20 pounds.  I was excited for her and asked her how she did it.  Wanda with a chuckle and a smile stated “I started using your book and it’s working really well.”  Several months passed before I had the opportunity to speak with Wanda again.  I was excited to hear from her and get an update on her journey using the I Can Do This Lifestyle program.  Wanda’s journey has lead her from wearing an extra-large to medium size in her clothing.  She’s been able to go off some of her medication and her doctor was thrilled to inform Wanda that her cholesterol and blood pressure have improved.  What great news!  Wanda is feeling great and is now taking the steps on her journey to add small amounts of exercise into her lifestyle.
